Our events are backed by Krave Marketing Group LLC’s extensive experience in event production and a core of 4 major events. Our events are attended by thousands and bring fresh experiences that make people stay longer. With a waiting list of over 200 vendors, this annual sponsorship gives your business the advantage over the pack.
Vendor + Benefits
Exclusivity
We are offering this to 22 vendors of our choosing. Minimum 4 large shows per calendar year with July 1st starting up our event cycle year. Should you be accepted early you will have a chance to be a member vendor for June Kaneohe Night Market & Kapolei's 25th.
Guarantee Inclusion
After being approved for Vendor + You will have guarantee inclusion to the event regardless of the number of applicants. Should you decline to participate, and later decide to participate later when the event is full. We will priority waitlist your business and any opening in your vendor category will be yours if a Vendor Sponsor is not waitlisted too
2nd Priority Booth Placement
After Sponsored Vendors, Vendor + will have next crack at our event map. If you are in the same category as another Vendor + vendor. It will be first come, first served.
Next to Know
Our Vendor Sponsors will be the first to know about plans and dates, for new events. Then Vendor + gets the info before the general public or other vendor announcements.
Withdrawal
A benefit we hope you never have to use. Vendor has the benefit of withdrawing from a show for any reason up to 5 days before the event date and still be able to receive a full refund.

Membership doesn’t include each event’s standard vendor fees.

The acceptance of vendors is subject to our discretion and must work in accordance to our branding and standards. We also cannot accept multiple vendors with like products especially in regard to placement. Acceptance into this program is not taken lightly. Those who have attended or participated in previous shows may have an advantage if there is a positive work history.
This program is based on 4 (maybe 5) major shows. The Kailua Fall Fest, and 2 annual Kaneohe Night Markets, Night Market 96789(Mililani). Should we add a 5th or even a 6th show, no extra payment will be due.
